Fees and Direct Billing

We electronically submit your registered massage therapy claim to your extended health care plan for you. The covered amount of your massage therapy treatment is paid directly to the clinic. The remainder, if any, is paid by you.

We do not direct bill WCB, MSP or ICBC. We will not provide treatment for any area affected by open claims with WCB or ICBC/MVI claims.

All rates include GST and are in accordance with the Registered Massage Therapy Association of BC Fee Schedule. Our RMT’s are registered and in good standing with the CMTBC.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be familiar with the cancelation policy: With at least 48 hours notice, there is no charge for canceling your appointment and can be done so online. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the massage therapy fee. This is a no show/ late cancellation fee and cannot be billed to extended insurance plans.

New patients must fill in the online health history form at least a week before their first appointment, or the day of booking if the appointment is within a week. Failure to complete on time will result in your appointment being canceled.

Late Arrival
You will receive the remaining time of your scheduled appointment, however, you will be billed the full fee of the appointment booked.
